    Build stronger teams with personality-aware collaboration tools.


    Team Insights helps teams understand their collective personality dynamics, enabling better collaboration, communication, and role allocation.

    Creating a Team

    1. Navigate to the Team section
    2. Click Create Team
    3. Give your team a name
    4. Invite members via email or shareable link
    5. Once 3+ members have completed assessments, insights unlock

    What You'll See

    Team Personality Map

    A visual representation of your team's collective personality:

    • Radar overlay - See all team members' profiles on one chart
    • Distribution view - How the team clusters across dimensions
    • Averages - The team's collective tendencies

    Strengths Heatmap

    Quickly identify where your team's strengths lie:

    • Which personality traits are well-represented
    • Potential gaps in the team's collective profile
    • Who to turn to for specific challenges

    Type Distribution

    See the spread of personality types across your team:

    • Enneagram type distribution
    • Cognitive preference distribution

    Member Roles

    • Owner - Full administrative control
    • Member - Can view all team insights

    Privacy Settings

    • Team insights require member consent
    • Members can leave teams at any time
    • Individual detailed scores can be kept private

    Minimum requirement: Team insights require at least 3 members with completed assessments. This ensures meaningful patterns can be identified while protecting individual privacy.
