    Quick Start

    Get up and running with NAVRYN in under 10 minutes.

    This guide will help you get started with NAVRYN quickly. By the end, you'll have completed your personality assessment and had your first conversation with your AI coach.

    Step 1: Create Your Account

    Sign up for NAVRYN using your email, Google, or GitHub account. No credit card required to get started.

    1. Visit the registration page
    2. Choose your preferred sign-up method
    3. Verify your email if using email registration

    Step 2: Take the Assessment

    The personality assessment is the foundation of your NAVRYN experience. It helps your AI coach understand you deeply.

    1. Navigate to the assessment page
    2. Answer each question honestly—there are no right or wrong answers
    3. The assessment takes 5-10 minutes to complete
    4. Your progress is saved automatically if you need to take a break

    Tip: Answer based on how you actually are, not how you wish you were. Honest answers lead to more accurate and helpful coaching.

    Step 3: Review Your Results

    Once you complete the assessment, you'll see your personality profile:

    1. View your scores across multiple personality frameworks
    2. Read AI-generated insights about your strengths and growth areas
    3. Explore detailed breakdowns of each personality dimension
    4. Download a PDF summary if you want to save or share your results

    Step 4: Start Chatting

    Now you're ready to chat with your AI coach:

    1. Go to the chat page
    2. Your coach already knows your personality profile
    3. Start with a question or topic you'd like to explore
    4. The coach remembers your conversations over time
